Reliable and consistent workouts

This was my third time purchasing from Man Flow Yoga; I've been a member before and came back for the 'Back Pain Relief Program'. As always, the instructions were clear and easy to follow. I appreciate the focus on functional fitness. My first experience with 'The Yoga Fix' was great, and this program lives up to that standard. It's nice knowing I can always count on their quality content. They keep things straightforward, which I like.

Solid programs, some app glitches

I purchased the 90 Day Fitness Program. The content itself was very good, with clear instructions and effective workouts. I felt stronger after a few weeks. However, the app sometimes lagged when streaming videos, which was a minor annoyance during a workout. Customer service was responsive when I had a billing question, which was a plus. Overall, good value for the price, but they could improve app stability.

I tried the Yoga for Men App. It was easy to use. The workouts were challenging. I liked not having to think about what to do next. Good for daily exercise.
